Cardboard bursting strength tester NPD-3000S is used for rupture strength test for pharmaceutical  aluminum foil. It is the basic instrument of physical strength properties of aluminum foil detection. NPD-3000S using automatic control mode, the user placed the sample between the upper and lower clamps, the instrument will automatically gripper, automatic punching test and print. Test principle

Clamp sample on the elastic film on the two chuck, chuck clamp sample tightly, make the samples raised naturally with elastic film . when the hydraulic fluid at a steady rate of pumping, make the film projection until the broken sample, as the biggest pressure imposed by sample burst strength. chuck tightly clamped down around the sample, the sample together with film projections freedom. When the hydraulic fluid at a steady rate pumped, so that the elastic film raised until the sample is broken, the maximum pressure is the final result of bursting strength tester.
