Test device for bending property of guide wire

As one of the basic accessories used in surgery, the bending performance test tool for medical wire guide is designed based on the tool equipment in the industry regulations and standards for wire guide performance test. The test method of broken guide wire is widely used in quality inspection institutions, medical instruments and other units.

Technical parameter    

1、Select the end of the guide wire as the test section. The test section includes a core wire section about 5mm away from the end of the core wire.

2、This portion of the end of the guidewire was bent around one cylinder of the test device (G2) and around a second cylinder in the opposite direction.

3、The guide wire was removed from the cylinder and straightened to repeat the bending and straightening procedure for a total of 20 cycles.Check for defects and damage caused by the bending process. Also check for peeling marks on the coated guide wire.
