It is still the preferred packing for common infusion, antibiotic powder, freeze-dried preparations, vaccines, blood and biological preparations. The main products are controlled white, brown bottles, and molded Brown medicinal glass bottles, ranging in size from 1ml vials to 500ml large bottles, with a wide range of products.
      Internal stress is an important physical property that affects the quality of glass. It will reduce the mechanical strength and thermal stability of the glass, so when the products in large internal stress or exceeds the allowable value, may break in the transportation, high temperature sterilization, filling and storage in the process of drug. The internal stress in glass products is mainly determined by the annealing process in production. When the annealing process is incorrect and unstable, the quality of annealing can not be guaranteed. Therefore, the internal stress test can control the quality of the product, and can also be used to supervise and control the annealing process system.

Testing of colourless specimens

4, around the axis of rotation for the sample, find the maximum stress point, rotating polarizer, until the blue grey was brown instead of.
5. Record the angle of rotation of the deflection mirror at this time and measure the thickness of the point.
(two) inspection of the side walls of colourless specimens:
1. Take off the sensitive color plate, place four wave pieces into the field of view, adjust the zero point of the polarization stress instrument to make it appear dark field of view.
2, put the sample into the field of view, so that the axis of the sample and the polarization plane to 45 degrees, when the side wall appears bright dark different regions.
3 rotating analyzer until the dark side of the side of the party, just completely replace the bright area.
4, rotating the test specimen around the axis to determine the maximum stress zone.
5, record the maximum stress area of the deflection mirror placement angle, and use CHY-B glass bottle thickness gauge to measure the thickness of both sides of the wall (record the sum of the wall thickness on both sides).
